And with every December comes the International Festival of New Latin American Cinema of Havana, carrying nostalgia through to 23rd Street, filling every cinema and every corner with the anticipation of knowing that Havana's most famous film festival is about to come. And so it comes, not the same, but with the same passion, this 42th Festival. With a tribute to Cuban medicine, from December 3rd to 13th in its first dose, we will enjoy this last piece of the year that turns Havana into the capital of Latin American cinema. More than 90 titles will join us this December, with samples of the international contemporary scene, and sections like The colors of diversity, The time of the short, Latin America in perspective, among others. Cuba Ron, as in other editions, accompanies this event as a collaborator. The traditional essences of our rums have been given to many great filmmakers from Cuba and the world, as well as to the winners of the event. This year we are represented by the flavors and aromas of the multi-award-awarded and recognized Ron Cubay Extra Añejo 1870. May this moment of seventh art be a reason to taste, share and cultivate ourselves with the excellence of the Cuban culture.
